Chennai-based tech giant Zoho Corporation announced the launch of Vani, a new AI-powered visual collaboration platform on October 1, 2025, targeting small and medium-sized businesses with comprehensive workplace collaboration tools.

Zoho has introduced Vani as a standalone sub-brand designed to revolutionize how teams collaborate through visual-first workplace solutions. The platform combines whiteboards, flowcharts, mind maps, diagrams, and video calling capabilities into a single infinite canvas workspace, eliminating the need for multiple applications.

Key Launch Details

Vani represents "many years of R&D" according to Zoho Co-founder Sridhar Vembu, who announced that customers are already "using it and loving it". The platform is currently available globally on desktop and browser, with mobile versions planned for future release.

​The new platform addresses the growing need for visual collaboration among modern teams, with over 60% of Gen X and Millennials preferring to collaborate through visuals rather than text alone. Vani aims to compete directly with established players like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Miro, and Lucid in the workplace productivity sector.
